科研与教学情况

本人主要从事半导体材料的改性、光电材料的研发及器件的设计,重点关注硅基LED的结构设计及发光性能优化,黑磷材料的制备及光学性能研究,主讲研究生课程《材料结构与物性》等。在《Nanotechnology》、《optics express》、《Applied Physics Letters》、《Physica E》等杂志发表论文20余篇,发明和授权发明专利3项,编写专著1本。
